KNOCK OUT

In Knock Out game you are to beat 9 opponents. At the beginning of the game you and five other players join the table; four other opponents wait in the queue. When an opponent gets broke, he leaves the table and the next one from the queue joins. You win the game if you manage to beat all the opponents.

For each game, a random “player profile” is generated for each opponent. This profile affects opponent’s playing style: how risky or careful his decisions will be, whether consistently or chaotically he will play, which specific strategies and tricks he will use. As a result, some opponents will be created weak and easy to beat, while others may become a true challenge for you.

BONE UP

Bone Up is an innovative variant of the Texas Hold’em game. The main idea is elimination of the “luck” component from the game. For each decision you will be given score points that may range from -10 (stupid decisions) to +10 (smart decisions). Thus, the score reflects how good you play but not how lucky you are. The better decisions you make during the game, the higher your total score will be.

Please note that your decisions are evaluated against purely mathematical Texas Hold’em strategy, based on methodologies of statistics and expectations. Typically human strategies and tricks (e.g. from the theory of the lie) will not be taken into account here regardless of how good they are in the real world. Thus, this game mode is best for mastering the base poker strategy.

HOLD'EM LAB

Hold’em Lab mode allows you to simulate and analyze various game situations, check the efficiency of your strategies and decisions, learn how to “read” opponents from their opened cards using reverse analysis of their history actions at the Showdown moment, provide you with help and advice during the game. In this mode, our game will be your teacher, advisor, helper and explorer of the great Texas Hold’em game.

The following features are available in Hold’em Lab mode:

1. Players’ Roles. You can assign a role to each player: Player Off, Human Open Cards, Human Closed Cards, Computer Random Profile, Computer Configured Profile.

2. Card Swapping. You can change any card to another one.

3. Advises. You can see computer advises for the given situation.

4. Player Profile Graphs (PPG).
PPGs display players’ risk (risk lover / risk neutral / risk averse) and game consistency (consistent / chaotic) parameters in the form of a green curve.
